Warranty on workmanship

Legno Veneer stands behind its products 100 per cent, as it does all of its own in-house pressing of the panels and doors, meaning you can rely on Legno Veneer to be in control of the whole process. This facility allows us to provide warranty on our workmanship which applies to Legno Veneer pressed panels and doors and to the original purchase of Legno Veneer products. Warranty: 3 months from the date of purchase Warranty Coverage: Legno warrants that our panels and veneer will not delaminate or separate as a result of a manufacturing defect. This warranty does not cover damage or defects resulting from or in any way holds responsible for: ? Improper storage, handling or installation of the products. ? Variations in colour, markings patterns, fading or darkening that are naturally occurring or develop over time. ? Abuse, lack of maintenance, neglect, abnormal use or misuse, negligence, harmful chemicals and other unintended uses. ? Settlement or movement of the structure to which veneer panels or doors are attached. ? Shipping. Damage caused during shipping is the responsibility of the shipping company. ? Installation or use of veneer panels or doors with visible defects. If defect in panel or door is found, it should be notified Legno promptly. Legno Veneer shall; ? Replace any defective panel or door or ? Refund the purchase price of defective panel or door or ? Repair any defects if possible However, Legno Veneer is not liable for any cost or damages associated with the removal or reinstallation of the panel or door, or the cost of removing or installing any fixtures or items of furniture. The original purchaser shall give Legno Veneer a reasonable opportunity to examine the claimed defect before proceed any repairs, removal or replacement. The claim must accompany with the original invoice for the proof of purchase.
